Calculate the progression of temporal distances for a graph
Calculate the progression of the average of temporal distances (foremost and latest) between all couples of nodes in a graph along time, along with the ratio of nodes in the view/horizon along time. Produce plot files and svg charts.

Input file(s)

inDGS

the input DGS file, that contains nodes and edges (contacts)

Options

time

the time format for the x axis data composed of MM (month), dd (day), hh (hour), mm (minutes), ss (seconds). Default: hh:mm

0 or 1 (optional)

lifetime

the maximum temporal distance between the two nodes, in ms. If not set, the lifetime is infinite

0 or 1 (optional)
